Warhammer Underworlds Skirmish
5 Rounds of one game each
We are using the the Games Workshop Championship Format.
Players will play with one of the current Games Workshop Warhammer Underworlds Warbands. The same warband must be used for the entire tournament. Any new warbands and associated cards released two weeks or less prior to the event will be ineligible for use.
Proxy models are allowed but it must be made clear which original model the proxy model represents to your opponent.
Painted models are not required.
Players will bring a deck to utilize that follows the deck construction rule set found in the most current core rules (Direchasm Set as of the writing of this). The same deck must be used for the entire tournament. No proxy cards may be used. All cards must be the original or a promo printed by GW.
Players will provide to the TO a copy of their decklist utilizing the Games Workshop deck builder or one of the popular deck builders. Players will adhere to the current Banned and Restricted list. No copies of any Banned card may be found in the deck. If your deck is found to be illegal you will be asked to change out any illegal cards for legal ones immediately.
Players must bring their own tokens, objective markers and dice (in addition to your models and deck). Players must bring at least one game board, but may bring more and decide which to use prior to each game start.
The most current Errata, Designer’s Commentary and Banned/Restricted list will be used.
Rules questions should be resolved by the players at the table, however, if needed the TO will make a ruling. All rulings are final and do not subject the TO to make the same ruling again.
Best Coast Pairings will be used for scoring and to determine player match ups. Wins are worth 3 points, losses worth 0 points, ties worth 1 point. A tournament tie will be broken by total positive glory point differential.
Each round will be one game only, with a 45 minute time limit and approximately a 15 minute break to reset between rounds. Depending on the number of players, the number of rounds may vary once the tournament gets going.
5:00pm – 8:00 PM – Rounds 1-3
8:00PM – 10:00PM – Rounds 4-5
Deck lists must be submitted to email@example.com for approval prior to November 15th.
